- Led the design of a cross-platform notification system (web & mobile) to keep users informed about shipment status and last-mile delivery, improving transparency and reducing support inquiries. Led the redesign of Cart and Checkout, optimizing the purchase funnel across multiple business lines, increasing conversion from 18% to 20% (+2 pp / 11% relative) and generating an additional $4M in revenue.

### Product Designer — Robin (2024 – 2025)
- Designed a mobile-first fan engagement product for Fanaply.com. Developed a working AR-scanner webapp using AI tools.

### Product Designer - Mobile Apps — Crehana (2021 – 2024)
- Conducted user interviews and usability testing for the mobile apps. Worked on the company-wide design system “Compass”.
